AquaStrap is the leading butyl based flexible up-stand seal on the market. AquaStrap is used to form a watertight seal between your wall tiles and the Shower pan/bath tub. AquaStrap features a preinstalled backer rod that creates a pressure seal and prevents reactive sealants touching the butyl adhesive. It is retro-fit installed onto the perimeter side walls of shower trays and baths before final location against adjacent walls. The hi-tack butyl adhesive tape offers unrivaled adhesion and prevents water migration from shower area into the building structure.
AquaStrap Shower Tray Seal
This is a 25mt roll OF AquaStrap. AquaStrap is a highly durable and ‘easy-fit’ seal that guarantees a waterproof seal between the ledge of a shower pan/tray an the adjacent wall tiles.
Once installed AquaStrap forms a continuous flexible up-stand around shower trays and baths. Aquastrap is flexible enough to accommodate ledge/wall joint movement.
AquaStrap is supplied as a single roll which is comprised of a flexible EPDM up-stand, high tack adhesive and a sealant isolating membranes.
It is typically fitted to either a shower tray, bath or worktop that require a waterproof joint to be maintained.
